ClozeForge stands on published, verifiable work: the FSRS open-source scheduler (github.com/open-spaced-repetition, natively in Anki 23.10+) for review timing, frequency research such as Nation (2006) for vocabulary selection, and repetition research (Pigada & Schmitt 2006; Webb 2007) for how many encounters a word needs. Our sentences are sourced from the Tatoeba open sentence corpus (CC BY 2.0 FR), with attribution and licensing respected.
